I just purchased an item from your shop-- now what?

Within 2-3 days, we'll have your item ready for shipment and send it off with the USPS. Once it's in their hands, it typically takes 2-5 business days to land on your doorstep.

I'd like to send one of your items as a gift. Is this possible?

Absolutely. Let us know you'd like to send this item as a gift in the notes section during check-out. If you'd like, you can also include a little note to the recipient that will be added to their package.

What happens if my purchase arrives damaged or never at all?
